Education:

Jonathan attended Jesuit High School in the Sacramento area before moving on to the University of California at Davis, where he was a member of the men’s rowing team. Jonathan earned his B.A. in Psychology from UC Davis in 2001. He continues his education in the real estate field.

 

Background & Experience:

Jonathan’s interest in real estate began at an early age and developed shortly after his graduation from college. Jonathan launched his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial and NAI BT Commercial. After working as an agent for seven years, Jonathan earned his Real Estate Broker license and went out on his own to form the J.A. Hunt Company. In business for over sixteen years, the J.A. Hunt Company earns its reputation as a trusted advisor to many repeat clients. Working independently with a focus on unique client needs, Jonathan continues to specialize exclusively in multi-family investment property opportunities.

Personal Pursuits:

Achieving a balance between interests is how Jonathan ensures the best performance for his clients. Drawing on years of professional cooking experience working the wok at locally acclaimed Thai Basil Restaurant, Jonathan regularly serves as host to clients, friends and family. Whether it's a small gathering in his courtyard at home or his 4th of July fundraising party for The Mustard Seed School, Jonathan nurtures relationships by providing for others. In addition to his enthusiasm for bringing people together, Jonathan also spends hours every week bicycling the American River Parkway.
